Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-05

Initial operational draft for review. It is not a statement of legal certification.

These Terms of Use govern your use of LogicFlow Orbit (the “Service”), a business operations application for managing building automation, energy and building management projects. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

LogicFlow Orbit is business and operations software: it helps teams track projects, equipment, shipments, contacts, documents and workflows. It is provided to authorized business users only.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Service only if you were invited or otherwise authorized by the operator, only for legitimate business purposes, and only within the permissions of your role. Your access is personal: do not share it.

3. Accuracy of information

The information in the Service is entered by people and by integrations and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You are responsible for verifying technical, commercial and operational information (for example addresses, IP addresses, equipment, configuration and dates) before relying on it.

4. Not a safety-critical system

The Service is not a control system. It must not be used to operate, monitor or protect equipment, people or property in real time, and it is not designed or certified for safety-critical, life-safety or emergency use.

5. AI-assisted features

Where enabled, AI features generate suggestions (for example descriptions, workflow drafts or proposals). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is never applied automatically: you must review it and you remain responsible for what you accept and save.

6. Credentials and security

Keep your sign-in account secure and report suspected unauthorized access immediately. Device passwords and other credentials stored in the Service must be handled according to your organization's security rules; reveal them only when you need them and never share or copy them into unsecured places.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to bypass or test permissions, roles, assignments or other security controls without authorization.
  • Accessing data you are not permitted to see, or helping others to do so.
  • Introducing malware, probing or overloading the Service, or interfering with other users.
  • Uploading unlawful content or content you have no right to upload.
  • Using the Service in breach of law or of your organization's policies.

8. Availability

The operator aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond the operator's control. Keep your own backups of information you cannot afford to lose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business, or for decisions made on the basis of information in the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for personal injury.

10. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or end your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if your authorization ends, or to protect the Service and other users. Your use is recorded in an audit log for security and operational purposes.

11. Changes

The Terms may change. When they change materially you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue using the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other rules that apply to you.

13. Operator and contact

The Service is operated by LogicFlow. Contact: office@logicflow.pl.
